all scouts have to stay back on the days arranged by ur acting PLs to stay back and do the flagpole.u all have to choose new spars for the flag pole coz it sucks.standard of flagpole is up to the discretion of the acting PLs.date will be arranged and told to u by ur pl every sat after activity(mon latest) so i expect full attendance.if for wadever reason u are unable to come,u will notify ur PL.anybody who tries to pon the flag raising will be dealt with severely.this week's flag raising will be held on thursday,and all of u are expected to fall in by 1430 SHARP.if ur lessons end at 1415,you should report by latest 1440 at the concourse.PLs please inform me via sms about the date for raising flagpole every mon.thank you.
u all also have to clear the scout store(under canteen one).juz throw away the rubbish in the middle of the room,we have already packed for u guys.
